We use standard off the shelve components for our systems, to make spare parts availability easy. The Urea components we use are installed in the USA over 10,000,000 times and counting monitoring possible or we can provide the monitoring as an added service.
We provide our customers with passwords for the SCR controller. Customers can do tunings and adjustments on their own, should you choose. Customers can replace parts without a Service 3000 technician.
Our SCR controller interfaces for SCATA systems are available via MOD Bus of Ethernet protocol. We interface with the engine controller via CANBus1939 industry standard. We offer remote support via cloud in real time.

With our strategic partner Service 3000, ACS is now offering catalyst and DPF filters for standard and custom SCR systems. Service 3000 has a long history of providing systems for maritime and rail, and is now manufacturing systems for data centers and other stationary applications. ACS meticulously designs and test our catalysts and diesel particulate filters in-house to provide the best evidence of performance possible. An onsite evaluation of your location before construction ensures the footprint of the system is optimized for your location.

Controller with HMI per SCR system, not one HMI for 24 SCR systems! We have the same controller for each SCR system per installation, every SCR controller has an HMI, the operator or technician always sees what he or she has in front of them.

We can offer remote, real time monitoring to make sure all SCR functions are operating at optimal conditions. This service could be provided to your existing cloud services to make in house monitoring possible or we can provide the monitoring as an added service.
