SCR Catalyst
Lean exhaust requiring NOx abatement requires a Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) catalyst. ACS provides low (VNX) and high (ZNX) temperature catalyst formulations. ACS's metal foil SCR catalyst provide superior surface area in a lower form factors than traditional ceramic SCR catalyst. ACS also manufactures an ammonia slip catalyst. DPF Filters
For stationary diesel engines, ACS provides catalyzed diesel particulate filters that capture the soot in diesel exhaust, allowing the engine to conform to EPA Particulate Matter regulations. Our catalyzed soot traps will begin to burn off the carbon above 800°F and thus do not need to be manually regenerated or replaced. We size the amount of filters required based on the pressure drop requirements and the target percent reduction of particulate matter. We aim to be the lowest cost provider of diesel particulate filters while still providing our catalytic expertise to aid our customers in meeting compliance regulations.
